Launch Ramp live by Ben Kweller

So it has been a bit since I added another video from my Ben Kweller live footage. I thought I should do a more random track, so I picked Launch Ramp. You will see the stupid mistake I made in the video where I named the song ‘Launch Pad’. Stupid me. I hope you enjoy it. Leave some comments.

New Week, New Album.

We Are ScientistsSo the music whores over at GAF recommended that I check out We Are Scientists new album With Love and Squalor and I have to say it is pretty fun so far. Has some catchy tunes and keeps my toes tappin’. Some people say it sounds like everything else out there, but I actually kinda dig that. I hear a little Blur influence, a little Muse influence, even a little Phantom Planet influences, and various other bands. I also like their album cover!! It has cats on the cover. I love cats. But go pick up a copy of With Love and Squalor. It is a good fun album.

New Digital Camera!

I got a new digital camera a week or two ago. It is pretty badass so far. Not sure how it will do at concerts though. Hopefully it takes great dark photos. It is a Casio EX-Z110. It is a tiny little thing, but not as thin as the other Casio cameras in that line. It is a nice change from my Sony Cybershot that always seem to take blurry shots no matter how steady I held the camera. I didn’t think going from a 5 megapixel to a 6.1 megapixel would be such a difference but it is huge, especially since the EX-Z110 has macro zoom, which allows it to focus on objects that are really close to the camera. I’m very pleased with it, especially for $190! Here is a sample photo of my cat Niko. Warning, the photo is HUGE!!

Every concert photos is back online!!

So I have been thinking how to reintroduce photos back onto the website for a couple weeks now, and I just said hell with it and added them all back. Now I did have to be a little lazy and add all the photos on October 1, 2005 and not the day the photos were taken, which sucks. But I really wanted to get them back on the site to share with everyone. I hope you enjoy the photos of all the bands I’ve seen over the last couple years and I’d love to hear some comments. I hope to be taking some more photos soon. Perhaps in the near future I will be able to have videos return.

Happy New Year!!

What will happen in 2006?  Who knows, but I hope everyone had a good new year!!

So I added Google Ads to the site on the bottom sidebar to get some dollars to help pay for the hosting.  It won’t be a lot, but anything helps.  Give me some clicks.
