Photos coming shortly!

Photos should be back online in a couple hours. Going to really hack it, but getting the back online is exciting. I hope to add to it soon, since I haven’t gone to any good show recently accept for Bumbershoot and Prince, which rocked!

Exciting week!

So I finally have some time to get out of the house and actually do something in the city, so I’m off to some shows, but I could run into problems. I’m going to try to go see Snow Patrol and Eisley on Wednesday at The Showbox, but the problem is that the show is sold out. Doh. Hopefully I can pick up a ticket. And for my second attempt is to go see Tegan & Sara at Sonic Boom on Friday. I’m excited about that, because they are cute! I just bought Tegan & Sara’s new CD So Jealous, which is pretty good so far, I’ve give a full review later.

Galleries in the works

With the transition to Wordpress, I have been exploring many gallery options and having a difficult time finding one that is easy to customize, but also is pretty speedy. I might be adding links to each temporary gallery in the near future, just so people can enjoy some good concert photos, but I’ll keep looking for a long term solution.
If you know of any good gallery programs that can support 100 plus photos per gallery with pretty easy customization, please send me a mail.

Speed troubles?

So I have been check the site from time to time to see how the speed is, and I can’t tell if it is just my own internet connection or if my host is slow due to the site running off a mySQL database and such. If you think the site is a little slow, send me an email. I’ll see if I can fix something.

Sony redesigns PS2

Sony has redesigned the Playstation 2 much as they did with the original Playstation a couple years ago. Pretty much cutting the size by half and making it ULTRA thin. They also added a broadband adapter built-in, which is pretty cool. I will probably get one when they come out in the United States, hopefully later this year.

..by the trail of dead

So I got my hands on the new album from And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead called World’s Apart. So far the album is brilliant! World’s Apart is a strong departure from their previous albums in that this is much lighter and easier to listen too. It is as if they listened to Pink Floyd the entire time of recording the album, giving epic intros to songs, then bringing it down with children cheering during a track intro. I plan on seeing them when they come to Seattle in the coming months. More impressions later.

Welcome back!

Hi everyone. The site has taken a long time to get back up and running, but I think I’m getting close. I have the blog part done with the wonderful dotParking style ported to Wordpress by Joern. I am trying to get the gallery up and running, hopefully in the next week or so and the videos should be online around the same time. Thanks for sticking with me through the host transition.
